Terms of Booking
All artists featured on this website are represented exclusively by Live Sonority for live performances, tours, and professional engagements.
Only Live Sonority is authorized to negotiate, schedule, confirm, or enter into agreements regarding the booking of its represented artists. Any attempt to book, negotiate with, or engage a represented artist directly, or through an unauthorized third party, shall not be considered valid unless expressly approved in writing by Live Sonority.
Booking requests are subject to the artist’s availability, existing contractual commitments, and the written confirmation of Live Sonority. No engagement shall be considered confirmed unless it has been approved in writing by Live Sonority.
The financial, technical, logistical, and contractual terms of each engagement are determined on a case-by-case basis between Live Sonority and the event organizer. Each engagement is governed by a written contract specifying, among other things, the booking terms, the obligations of the parties, the financial conditions, the technical requirements, and the cancellation policy. Only the executed written contract shall be legally binding on the parties.
